My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate living area and a small snack area equipped with cabinets, a refrigerator, and a microwave. However, the rooms seemed a little rough around the edges. The service was amazing and the staff was nice and friendly, but they appeared unapologetic when addressing room issues for repair. The location was convenient with friendly and knowledgeable staff, but some areas showed signs of wear and tear. The dining options were good with a variety of choices, but there were some delays in refilling items. The facilities were adequate for my needs during the stay.
